Handcrafted Cakes with Love

Hi - I'm Rachel. In 2010, my passion for baking led me to persuading my mum and sisters to open our first café in the market town of Lymington. This was the start of my hospitality journey which continued for 14 years, owning and managing various cafes throughout the New Forest and South of England. 

Alongside the cakes, I also discovered a love for all things coffee and putting everything into learning skills as a barista, gaining qualifications along the way and even trying my hand at some roasting. 

These days I have stepped away from hospitality work and spend any spare time baking and discovering new coffee shops - I will travel a long way for an exciting coffee!

Each batch that comes out of our kitchen is clearly labelled with a full ingredient list with allergens highlighted  and listed separately.
